can i freeze gnocchi and then cook them from frozen

I'm sure I can do this with fresh gnocchi but I've got some of that vacuum packed de cecco stuff so don't know if I can.

Will try DD out on it for tea but in my experience my very fussy eater will reject them so I want to freeze the rest in batches to try later.

Technically, I'd say yes, but pasta and potatoes doen't freeze well, so I'm not sure gnocchi would either. Give it a go, though.

I buy fresh mini gnocchi, freeze the packet and then cook a handful from frozen for DD. They are fine.

Thanks I will freeze the rest but DD refused to eat even one of them
