Found a big bag at the back of the fridge; I remember it was $$. It's old but the taste and smell is fine. We did not care for it in cereal, yoghurt, gravies etc.
I am now looking for recipes that will use quite a bit of flax meal (i.e. not just a couple of tablespoons). Must be vegetarian - eggs and dairy are fine.
