Tasty vegan pasta sauce?

I need a recipe for a vegan pasta sauce please. (I have lasagne for meat eaters) somethings a bit more interesting than just tomato sauce?

We liked the Cosy Mac recipe from a CBBC show called "What's Cooking Omari?"
It's a short show and the recipe isn't online anywhere I can see, so if you have time just watch it.

Pumpkin, nutritional yeast, cashews, though I tried it again with almonds and it was just as good. When I added a clove of herb preserved garlic the whole thing tasted like cheese and onion crisps, it was so good!

Miso butter greens pasta is one of my favourite new recipes from this year. It’s rich and silky and so tasty - I wouldn’t believe that it was sauce made almost entirely of green vegetables. I often add a handful of cashews too, to increase the protein and make it a bit more satiating.

Finely chop garlic, chilli onion and sauté with chopped parsley stalks in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes, dried oregano and capers. Finish with chopped parsley leaves

Or for something more simple I like to roast a big tray of Mediterranean vegetables and add them to either a homemade tomato sauce or pesto.

I always have plant based cream in the fridge for a decent mushroom sauce.

Can't go wrong with oil, chili, garlic and parsley too!

If mushroom are a go then fry those and add garlic then mix in stock powder and crème fraiche if veggie and oatly single for vegans and a dribble of water if it's too dry. (I know you said vegan but giving both options)

Felicity Cloake’s vegan ragù is another great option, though it’s a lot of a chopping and a long time to cook. Worth it though, as it’s so flavourful, really rich and complex in flavour.

This lemon and summer veg pasta is really good particularly at this time of year, blitz the sauce really smooth, I go big on the lemon and add plenty of fresh parsley.

This is my recipe. Vegan nduja paste is available from belazu (I get it from Ocado).

This Ottolenghi ragu is on my must try list. I assume it’s hood as anything by Ottolenghi usually is and looks like one of his easier recipes.
