What's for tea?

Currently trying to summon up the energy to go and make some Siracha Chicken Burgers. DS has baked a rather lovely lemon and raspberry Cheesecake for dessert.

What's everyone else having?

Sausage pasta, covered in a mountain of cheese. Freezing here so salads are out and comfort food needed!

roasted Mediterranean vegetables with griddled halloumi with potato wedges and wraps. DD is making it! 🙂

DH is out and I cannot be arsed to cook tonight after a 12 hour day at work. Teens made burgers for themselves, I’ve just had scrambled eggs and a bagel.

Spicy Chicken wings and a couple of different salads. I’m often in a cba mood by this time, so tend to prep stuff earlier in the day when I can, so it’s a lot easier when it’s time to eat. I’ve usually got a salad or two prepped in the fridge (handy for dinner or for pack lunches).

Do you have a recipe for those chicken burgers please op, I love sriracha.

Perfect!!! If only he could sort the back door moulding so the door actually shut he'd be in a bath of caesar salad.

That sounds well within his capabilities and he'd definitely fix it for food, well that's how it's worked for the last 30 odd years here anyway.

We started cooking it in lockdown when we got local veg boxes and needed squash ideas. It's now a regular on the menu.
It also freezes well
