Kvarg (yogurt) pots -15g protein.
Quorn & leek bake with new potatoes
Lentil and vegetable pasta bake.

Have a list as have been working on it with DSD
Seitan
Frittata
Dal
Grainy salad - quinoa, roasted buckwheat, peas and broad beans plus seasoning
Refried beans
Puy lentils in red wine
Falafel
really nutty pesto
Pakora
Eggs - however you like them
Fish - frozen, tinned, whatever

Balanced meals are more substantial so protein with a carb and fat

I.e. tuna with sweet potato or pasta
Tuna/ chicken avocado wrap
Hummus falafel pitta
Mince turkey bolognase with pasta/ rice
Egg mayo sandwich

I usually finish with a yoghurt or fruit, or a grenade bar if feeling sweet
