How to replicate supermarket chicken satay snack skewers?

Youngest child is a fussy eater and one of the things he likes are those little snack chicken satay skewers. I make a mean satay soup, proper tasting satay etc but has anyone made one that tastes like a supermarkets?!

Hoping to make my own little ones cause less processed.

My son loves these too, also a fussy eater (but due to neurodiversity). So I'm following for inspiration because they're not only expensive (even in Aldi) but I'm sure they could be a bit healthier!

Exactly, I'm hoping I can find a recipe that I can use with little bits of breast meat on a stick so it isn't as processed. May have to employ some trial and error 🤔

If I'm thinking of the right ones (this sort of thing https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/products/taste-original-12-mini-chicken-satay/743423-105674-105675) , you'll need to mince the chicken and possible add some breadcrumbs to get the soft texture. I'd probably mince chicken breast with soft breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, S&P, bind with an egg then shape onto sticks and grill.
