Easy way to serve lamb

My in-laws are coming round for lunch on Sunday and I'm having food anxiety. As it's looking like a warm day I want to do some sort of lamb with new potatoes and green vegetables.
What would be the best cut of lamb for this? Reasonably easy to prepare.

Whole shoulder, rub in lots of garlic & rosemary, cook on high heat for 20 mins then add wine or stock to roasting tin, cover with foil, turn the oven down (to 150/ 160) & cook for 6 hours or so. Should fall off the bone the, so you can stick it on a big platter then everyone dives in & pulls bits off - no carving anxiety! Only problem is an early wake up if you're serving it at lunchtime. I serve mine with a sauce/ dressing of capers, anchovies & herbs all chopped up.

Lamb shoulder is more forgiving if you're uncomfortable - as @AngelasEyelash has said, long and slow and you're all good.

Leg of lamb is delicious but a bit easier to over/under cook.

Lamb kebabs are good - I do mine with neck fillet. Cut in cubes and marinaded in lemon, olive oil, rosemary, thyme and garlic. Then threaded on skewers with chunks of peppers, aubergines, tomatoes and onion. Can be cooked on BBQ, under grill or even on a griddle pan. Serve as skewers or remove from the skewers and place in a big bowl (I sometimes use couscous as a base and put the lamb and veggies on top at a BBQ - but that's usually when I'm doing some other meat on the BBQ too).

Have you considered beef? A roast fillet or sirloin, sliced and served at room temperature looks very nice and is very tasty.

We had lamb with new potatoes and a Greek salad last night. Really lovely and perfect in warm weather.

Navarin of lamb is a delicious and easy dish, exactly right for early summer. It's a casserole of lamb using boned lamb shoulder and summer vegetables such as peas and baby carrots. A boned shoulder of about one and a half kilos would feed about six people, and the dish would go well with new potatoes or parmentier potatoes. Wine Wine

A leg of lamb, boned and butterflied. Olive oil, garlic, lemon over for a couple of hours. 45 minutes on the bbq or in a hot oven.
