Will salmon fillets frozen for 2 months still be OK to eat?

Because the packet says use within one month after freezing - but is that over cautious?

I never take any notice of those freezer life things. I might wonder after about 6 months or so.

Don;t waste it!

I asked my mum about this a while back when I noticed the "eat within 1 month of freezing" labels. She said its just them being overly cautious in that it may not taste absolutely as nice (as if we'd notice) but there would be absolutely nothing wrong with it.
So eat up

I'd eat them

Thanks all - will eat and enjoy!

They will be fine. The texture may have deteriorated that is all. Enjoy .
