Chicken dilemma

Would a chicken breast, cooked on Thursday and kept refrigerated ever since, be OK for cold sandwiches on Sunday? Or am I going to poison myself?

I wouldn’t.

I would. I ate a bit of leftover chicken today which was cooked on Tuesday. I am fine.

Totally fine. No problem at all if put in fridge after cooking. Plus anyway, you can smell and see if chicken is off. It won't be though, I'd eat it after it had been in there much longer than that! It's basically fine for ages once cooked

Yes. Even a restaurant would serve this! Food hygiene rules are basically (with some exceptions) three days for fresh stuff like chicken. I suppose if you cooked it Thursday morning and ate it Sunday night you'd be outside the three days, but it doesn't magically turn deadly after 72 hours. So long as your fridge works it'll be fine.
