Favourite vegetarian pizza toppings?

After umming and aaahing I bought a pizza oven in the Ooni sale. We do pizza once every week or two but I always do the same toppings, griddled courgettes or asparagus and goats cheese. We'll be making more pizzas this summer because we can cook outside so please give me some inspiration.

Olives and chillis

I like pizza bianca (so no tomato sauce). Mozzarella, artichokes, grilled courgettes, black olives and chilli.

Use a mix of mayonnaise (I know it sounds daft but trust me!) caramelised onion chutney and horseradish to cover your base. Then top with finely chopped leeks, cubes of cooked beetroot and Gorgonzola.

I know it's basic, but I'm a big fan of a decent margarita (and a decent Margherita if you want to know).

Also bruschetta of the plain tomato and garlic variety.

Rocket ! Love a simple margherita with rocket. Picked green frenk chillies from a jar with chilli flakes is another favourite of mine . Find sometimes loading too many veg on a pizza can make it watery and soggy
