Chia jam - summer raspberries in water and maple syrup/honey then stir in chia seeds. Willlastdoe a week.

Overnight oats with raspberries.

Maybe just freeze the raspberries so you can use them at their leisure?

Just freeze the,. Spread them on a baking sheet then when they're frozen put them into a bag or tub.
