High-fibre kids snack recipe

I am looking for any recipes anyone has for high-fibre snacks I can make for my children who are both prone to constipation. They don't eat enough natural high-fibre food like fruit, vegetables and porridge so I'm looking for something tasty that they would enjoy like protein balls for adults, maybe, but fibre-rich instead. Or even a dessert or cookie?

Popcorn's got a lot of fibre. Wholegrain by definition Grin

Sticky date slice. (Very rich and very high in sugar, but most of the sugar comes from the dates which are super-high fibre.) If you want to change it up, you can serve it warm with butterscotch sauce. You can substitute the dates for another dried fruit (treated similarly - have done with dried peaches and is delish!) My kids don’t like icing (weirdos) but rather like a cream cheese filling (with vanilla). I slice it in half and spread through the middle once it’s entirely cool.

Oops! Forgot to say that you can add psyllium husks to the fruit mixture if you want as well.

Thank you so much! These sound like things my children would love!
