New ideas for feeding baby

Baby is now 9 months old and eating really well, she loves food so that’s a joy. But I’m starting to run out of ideas and would love some inspiration, particularly as I’m trying to cut down on one day time milk feed (she’ll still have milk first and last thing and one during the day)

Stuff i feed her:
porridge / wheatabix with various fruits finely chopped and mixed in before being microwaved
toast / bagel / pitta / crumpets
omelettes / frittata
any and all fruits or veggies cut up appropriately
portions of our dinners, like bolognese/ chicken & rice / very mild curry etc
cubes of cheese / sliced meat / Greek yoghurt / rice cakes

what am I missing? Feel like I could do with some handy little bars / muffins or something - anyone else got any other ideas?

TIA

I made (and still make, just with added bits!) no refined sugar banana muffins. They freeze really well, and defrost in a minute or two in the microwave. They are best cooked in silicone cases as they stick terribly to paper ones as they don't have much fat.

2 ripe bananas mashed
2 eggs
2 cups fine wholemeal flour
vanilla extract if you want
milk/fruit juice to get thick consistency (varies due to size of banana)

Mash banana, add eggs, then flour!
Put in silicone cups and bake at gas 5 until browned, about 10-15 minutes.

Now my children are older I add all sorts of things, like a can of fruit cocktail, nuts or seeds, mandarins, a dot of nut butter in the middle, ground almonds. They still love them for breakfast.

I used to do a batch of Cheese Straws. You Dan keep them in an airtight container but they never lasted very long as DS loved them.

How about making blueberry pancakes? You can freeze those Wink
