Pork loins

I have pork loins to cook. Normally I would make a casserole or stroganoff type dish. Does anybody have any new dishes I could cook – relatively easy as it will be an after work dinner.

There’s a couple dozen recipes just off the top of my head. Why don’t you Google ideas with whatever other ingredients you have? If you want easy then I’d do a stir fry, salad or curry.

Thanks – I am looking online and I'm quite tempted by a pork teriyaki and broccoli type dish. I was just posting on here to see if anybody had any tried and tested favourites.

DD made pork schnitzel from a HelloFresh recipe last week using flattened pork steaks: egg and breadcrumb them (she put seasoning and sesame in the crumbs) before frying for 5 mins each side, served with a mushroom sauce.
It was lovely.

Chop it up into little rounds, fry gently then do a grain mustard and cream sauce ... amazing!

I like to coat them in a char sui type marinade or just coat with 5 spice, honey, garlic and soy.

I usually cook them in the airfryer, but the oven will do if you don't have one.

I then slice them up and stir through noodles with whatever veg I have lying around and make a quick stir fry sauce I got off tiktok. Or I put them ontop of ramen bowls which is probably my favourite meal ever 😋. Included photos of both 👍.

brown your chops. put some of the kraut mix on the bottom and some on the top of your chops and bake as long as possible (covered). it really tenderizes the meat, and the golden color when cooked is lovely, actually the sauerkraut is almost the best part of this dish. i pulverize my onions as i'm not an onion fan.

I make sweet & sour pork & rice, I use Uncle Ben’s cook in sauce & it comes our lovely. I dice the pork & brown it in a frying pan before adding the sauce.
