How long would this food prep take you?

I have a disability and saw a recipe for ratatouille and time prep as 5mins. It would take me much longer but wondered how realistic for able bodied - how long you think it would take you -

dice one onion (ingredient. This just says onion, so not sure about peeling in the 5 mins)
, finely slice six garlic cloves (ingredients, list states peeled, so presumably not included in the five minutes),
half a courgette, and an aubergine and chopped into 2 to 3 cm pieces, halve a red pepper, length wise, remove the seeds and dice, about 2 cm.
Chop four large tomatoes into large chunks.

10+ minutes. Peeling garlic is not quick, I don't finely dice anything quickly.

It doesn’t matter - just curious. I’m used to things taking longer.

More like10-15 but my hands are pretty knackered so probably don't count.

I always take longer than the prep time on recipes.

I think that would def take me 15-20 mins

I don't think I am particularly faffy or slow but I am now re-thinking that opinion. I enjoy a good chopping prep-am making loads of soup atm although soon will be too hot and I chop for ages!!

Although tbh I don't see how that could all be done in under 5 mins!!!!

10 minutes all in - ie getting ingredients out, doing the prep and then tidying up after. The actual chopping might well be just 5 minutes but you don't just turn up to a nicely laid out board with vegetables washed and peeled and ready to go....
