I’m currently 6 months pregnant and I want to start meal prepping for the postpartum period. Does anyone have any tried and tested meal suggestions I can make ahead of time and freeze? I regularly do things like bolognese and curry, but I want to make a selection of things to prevent boredom causing us to order takeaway.
I’m planning to fill the freezer with homemade ready meals and frozen fruit/vegetables so we can maintain a nutritious diet without any pressure to cook. Also, any ideas for snacks that either last a long time in the cupboard or can be frozen would be appreciated please
