Has anyone tried making a sponge cake using the ninja foodi steam bake mode? I want to try but there is only carrot cake or cheesecake in the booklet and no guidance on cooking times in general for that mode. I've found some videos but they are all American and using cake mix so I don't know what the quantities are to compare to a cake mix...
So if anyone has tried, is it just the same cook time as a cake in a fan oven? And if it is, is it even worth steam baking given it takes longer due to the pressure needing to build?
