Looking for help!
Used to cook a pork vindaloo recipe from the Jamie Oliver app. Not done it for a while and fancied it but the app had gone!
Can't find it on his website or Google so hoping that someone here might have it saved.
There was an onion and garlic paste as well as chopped onion, spice rub on the pork and then went in the oven for 90 mins or so. Coconut milk and vinegar at the end.
