An "is this chicken ok" thread

Chicken breast, use by last week but frozen before it expired.

Defrosted in the fridge from last night with intention to use today but don't fancy it!

If I air fry it today, can I use it for wraps for lunch tomorrow?

Yes.

Yes of course. Or have it for dinner tomorrow, will be fine in fridge

Can I reheat again tomorrow? Or does it need to be cold?

I believe rule of thumb is You can safely reheat it once. Don't repeatedly heat & cool.

Reality is, personally, I go by smell & taste. But even the more cautious approach is of course you can reheat it once, like you can reheat cooked-from-fresh things once.

Not supposed to freeze it again, either, but that's more taste problem than anything else.
