Whole rolled chicken

I've been given a boneless whole rolled chicken with stuffing. It seems like a large one; I'll weigh it when I can dig out my scales.
Can anyone tell me how long I need to cook it per kilo please? It came from butchers with no instructions... does it need a little oil or butter? Any tips?

I normally get a boned stuffed turkey at christmas and I can never seem to find how long to cook it on the internet. I would roughly base it on 450g 15 min plus 20 min but if you have a meat thermometer I take it out when it gets to 165 degrees and cover it in foil, it takes much less time than a whole turkey. It is lovely very moist and no waste. Hope this helps a bit.

Sorry, I also cover it in bacon to keep it moist.

Thank you! That's really helpful, no thermometer unfortunately, but I'll base it off those timings and see if the juices run clear. Bacon is an excellent idea!
