What you having...?

I've just made a lamb mince chilli and used it to stuff roast peppers and too with cheese! It was pretty delicious!

Chicken Taquitos, one of our favourite quick dinners! There was salad too.

They look amazing! X

I am having a fish soup with smoked and fresh fish and shellfish, saffron, leeks, cream, etc.

Smoked mackerel, roasted radish and potato salad.

Yum!

@LadyMonicaBaddingham they look utterly divine! I adore taquitos but have only made them at home once as I found them such a faff but you have inspired me to try again. Any advice on rolling them? Any recommendations tortilla type? And how did you cook them?

These are amazing and I want to make them all.
