Something sweet-without an oven

I live in an apartment with a hob, microwave but no oven. I have two toddlers and would love to 'bake' with them. Has anyone got any recipes for something sweet without the use of an oven? Thank you!!

Nadja from GBBO makes an enormous chocolate chip cookie with smarties but instead of baking she cooks it slowly on the job. IT LOOKS DELICIOUS

cheesecake vase (digestive and melted butter) topped with mix of 50-50 mascarpone and lemon curd, topped with strawberries. Easy enough for. Toddler to help with and tastes amazing.
