If you had one and it needed to be eaten tomorrow by two grown ups, what would you do?

Top it with pataks tikka spice and bung it in the oven to heat.
The rotisserie down the road from us does half a tikka spiced chicken served with salad or chips and it’s simple but delicious.

The Tikka paste I mean.

I depends what you have in the house, if you are going to the shops etc:

  • chicken sandwiches for lunch with avocado/salad or whatever I had
  • chicken caesar salad
  • chicken pasta bake
  • Chinese sweet corn soup (I always make this after a roast chicken)
  • chicken quiche
  • chicken frittata

Ooh this sounds nice!

This is exactly my dilemma. There's so many things you can do. I just want someone to take the deciding away!

Pasta Alfredo because you've probably got the ingredients already, so no need to trek off to the supermarket.

Failing that, chicken risotto with whatever vegetables are available eg mushrooms, peppers or peas. Or if you've got some seafood mix in the freezer, paella is another idea.

jacket potatoes, herby garlic spring onion and yogurt sauce, and some green veg or a salad. Bliss

Now, I did jacket potatoes on Monday so doubled up because of the cost of gas and there's two cooked ones in the fridge waiting to be used. This sounds ace! Thanks!
