Recipe from an old (1980/90) Sainsbury's cookbook.

I used to have a lovely & simple recipe for Lemon Chicken, using chicken breasts.

It came from either The Best of Sainsbury's Quick cooking or The Best of Sainsbury's Entertaining.

If anyone still has these books & could pass me on the recipe I would be very grateful.

I'm adding an image of one of the books, they were both in the same series & had similar covers.
