Tangerines- recipe to use some up please?

I’ve tried googling but nothing has grabbed me. Looking for a recipe that will use up about 6 tangerines, can anyone suggest a tried and tested one please?

Roast around chicken with a glass of white wine , pierce each segment or they may explode, though. The pan juices make the sauce, you may need to add a splash of lemon juice if it is too sweet ( not usually).

Brilliant thank you. Will do the cake this time but will try the sticky salmon another time as often looking for new salmon dishes too. Will try with chicken too. Great ideas..
