What to get from Holland and Barrett?

I have £20 to spend in Holland and Barrett.

I want to make good use of it by buying food cupboardy things.

Can anyone recommend some tasty treats? I like crackers and spices so will get those.

And liquorice 😋

Dd loves their bags of japanese style crackers, and the sweetcorn snack things. Usually on a 3 for 2 so you can get quite a lot of stuff.

I buy their bags of protein soya stuff like quorn to use in chilli or curry. Very cheap, goes a long way.

I love their crystallised ginger to snack on as a little lasts a long time for snacking

Chai licorice tea bags, by Heath andHeather, they are divine. H&B It s the only retailer that have found that sell them. I drink gallons of it.

DP likes their Melissa sleeping pills.

Sounds a bit out there but I recently tried mushroom crisps from there and loved them!

Ooh yesterday I went into H&B for my teabags, I discovered some amazing keto snacks, dried cheese and cheesy kale crisps! They are delicious and perfect for low carving. Expensive though!
