Anything I can bake using leftover (now soured) whipping cream?

I have about 300 mls of cream in the fridge, which is now sour. I was thinking of making cheese scones using the three ingredient method with fizzy water instead of lemonade. But I have a batch in the freezer already that I made last month using the traditional method.

Is there anything you can suggest I could bake to use up the cream? I have all the other stuff, flour, eggs, etc. Just have a blank mind, and not much comes up on a google search either.

If not, I'll do the scones.

Whip it into fermented butter 😍😍 then use that in your cheese scones. It’ll give it a lovely tang.
