Tesco hash browns - do any other supermarkets use the same manufacturer?

I like tesco, I don't like mccain

Does the company who make for tesco make for anyone else?

Even if it’s the same manufacturer it doesn’t guarantee the same recipe used. And people’s for comparisons are very specific, so even if someone else vouches for a product it doesn’t mean you’ll like it. The best way to find a match if there is one, is to look at the ingredient declaration and nutritional information and see if they are the same.

I know @toastofthetown but hopefully MN might give me a place tobstart rather than registering with every online shopping there is to check

They are fried and deep frozen. How could it have been alive after being frozen?

I have no idea. But I absolutely saw it and so did all the children and my husband. Squirming around - it emerges from inside the smiley face. My husband thought perhaps it had been laid in the potato and frozen as a lavae, and then the heat hatched it . I was nearly sick

Not what you're asking but Aldis McDonald's style hash browns are the best I've ever had. So nice 🤤

I quite liked the farm foods ones I got. They are quite big hash browns though and I can't find the ingredients on the internet. (I don't go in often and they weren't so good as to be worth changing my shopping habits for.)

I bought a big clear plastic bag of hash browns from a BandM with a freezer and they were very like the Tesco ones and very inexpensive.
It was over a year ago though so I don't know if they still do them.

Co-op hash browns are the best, I love them! (don't like McCain either)

Why would you need to register for online shopping to see the products online? You just google each shop and then search hash browns!

I like asda hash browns, and also the aldi ones- although they are smaller. I don't have a clue how they compare to tesco or mccain ones though- sorry.
