Salad dressing that isn't oil and balsamic.

I would love some different salad dressing ideas. I'm fed up with the usual oil and vinegar or honey mustard.

Love tahini and lots of different flavours, does anyone have a lovely and healthy dressing recipe they can share please?

Thank you!

Small amount of olive oil, paprika, lemon juice, teaspoon of tahini, and I have some apple syrup that I add for sweetness. My favourite dressing ever!!

Soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil is nice, and there are lots of recipes out there for yoghurt and herb dressings.

Simply swapping your vinegar and oil can work well eg. a nut oil with lemon juice or flavoured vinegars.

Pesto mayo
Honey lemon and soy sauce
Tahini mixed with soy sauce and honey

Sainsbury’s do a wonderful raspberry one!

this green goddess dressing is delicious (I substitute the mayo for more greek yogurt due to personal preference).

the dressing in this gomaae spinach recipe might work well for you.

I like fat free natural yoghurt with horseradish and rock salt. I really enjoy warm roasted root veg like butternut squash, sweet potato, carrots or parsnips in salads and this goes perfectly.

I'm also a big fan of fruit flavoured vinegars, my favourites being raspberry or mango. You can make your own but I buy online.

Low fat yoghurt, lemon juice and dill

Soy, lime, chopped ginger (from the freezer), little bit of sesame oil, little bit of other oil (I don't like strong sesame though, you may be happy with just sesame), sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Natural yogurt let down with lemon juice or sriracha or gochugan. I don't particularly like tahini but I imagine some tahini, lemon and yogurt would work.

Balsamic glaze - probably the easiest dressing in the world, just buy and squeeze!

Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mayo, Dijon mustard, some honey, salt and peper. Shake well! :)

Classic French

2/3 olive oil
1/3 white wine vinegar
Large spoon mustard

Chop up a lemongrass stalk and add to coconut milk, lime juice, palm sugar and fish sauce. I can dig out the quantities if you like but you can just make it to your taste.
Can also add fresh coriander/mint/chilli as well.
Lovely with a crunchy salad like red cabbage, radish, carrot, edamame & mange tout. Smile

Sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.

Hear me out with this: Branston piccalilli (chop up any big chunks), mixed with skyr or fat-free yoghurt and a tiny bit of water to loosen. Goes really well with sweetish things like cooked beetroot.

Greek. Olive oil, lemon, garlic and a ton of dried mint.
