What's for dinner tonight? My chicken is off!

I'm in Need of some dinner inspiration! I went to marinate my chicken that's meant to go out of date tomorrow and it's off!
What's everyone got for dinner tonight? I need to get DP to get something on his way home!

Fajitas? Chicken, peppers, Tex Mex dips, wraps, seasoning, cheese
Or salmon, pesto pasta, broccoli and leeks

These are my 'buy it all rather than needing / using stuff from the house' standbys

'Posh' fish fingers sandwiches on panini with tartare sauce, fresh lemon juice and some salad leaves 😋

I'm doing chilli cheese fries using up some leftover chilli that was in the freezer and potatoes that need using up.
I'll put jalapeños on DH's side. I can no longer handle heat since being pregnant with my first for some reason

This baked potato recipe.. only because I've got everything on the list in the fridge.

I had the same whilst pregnant!

Chicken burritos

I can’t be bothered cooking tonight so my 8 year old is currently eating a chicken nugget wrap (with some cucumber on the side to make me feel better), I saw a chicken and bacon pie in the freezer that’s been lurking for a while so I’ll have that later, then dh and the two teens can fend for themselves.

Slow cooker chicken satay, noodles, stir fried veg with coriander and chilli.

Lasagne here. I'm making both meat & veggie versions so there'll be enough for tomorrow too.
