Coronation Chicken

Can you please share your best coronation chicken recipe? It's got apricots in yeah?

I use Mayo, soured cream, curry powder and mango chutney.
Nothing else fruit related

Traditional coronation chicken has apricots in but I'm not a fan so sub them for chopped grapes and apple.

James Martin recipe is really good. Uses apricot jam.

Mayo, curry paste, mango chutney, apricot and raisins ... and chicken of course

My mother used to make it as referred to by @midsomermurderess and nothing tastes quite like it! She served it with a cold rice and pea salad. And yep she got it from her Constance Spry cookbook - a massive book with small typeface and no illustrations (using measurements like a gill).
