Pickled onion dust

This was used on Great British Menu, & I like trying new things.
It's out of stock on-line, so I thought I'd try making my own.
I've got pickled silverskin onions - so much more refined than the big brown ones.
There's plenty of dust under the bed, so shall I just stick onions & dust in the food processor?

Sounds absolutely delicious to me @Georgyporky. If you find a sock under the bed you could drain the pickle juice through that first maybe?

Alternatively, could you not just use the dust at the bottom of a packet of Monster Munch?
