I went to Côte recently and had the above with sea bream. It was delicious. Does anybody know what's in the sauce? (Apart from red pepper and lemon - obviously.) It was orange-red in colour, very smooth and creamy, so my best guess would be that the red peppers were roasted or otherwise cooked and liquidised. Quite spicy. The lentils were green and braised with onion, celery and carrot, I think. Probably some herbs in there too, possibly garlic as well. Would like to try making something similar.
