Not sausage rolls!

Have defrosted a big pack trying to eat things from the freezer.

What would you do with them to make a meal?

Mini toad in the hole, using a muffin tin

Or baked with honey and sesame seeds

Chopped up and put in a tomato pasta dish

Cook them and eat as snack watching telly with some sauce/mustard/relish.

My children love mini toads in the hole, putting them inside muffin tins with yorkshire pudding batter, rather than a large one.

Mix with pasta, veggies and a sauce

This is all we ever do with them

I love them on their own but I would think they are awful in a dish itself

I highly recommend the sticky pomegranate and pistachio pigs in blankets from this article. Absolutely delicious, they went down a storm during a Boxing Day meal with extended family, and would definitely work with standard cocktail sausages or chipolatas rather than pigs in blankets.
