Does anyone know of an app where I can input my child’s food intake and it calculate the nutrition?
I used to use something similar when she was a baby but I forget what it was called now…. So I would say for example she ate toast for breakfast, apple snack, pasta & tomato lunch, lasagne dinner. It would do like a pie chart saying too many carbs, not enough veg or protein for example.
My 7 year old has recently become a vegetarian, so I’m interested to be able to try and calculate whether what she is eating is a fully balanced diet & where she might be missing out on things so I can attempt to make sure she’s eating enough of what she needs to.
