Peaches in brandy

Had some peaches in brandy for Christmas. Looking for a bit of inspiration please. Happy to eat them with ice cream but I’m sure they could make a nice crumble or tart or something? Anyone have any ideas please?

Mix with rum, cognac and lime and drop in a peach slice to make a Fish House Punch? Grin
