best way to keep joint of raw pork in fridge for 2 or 3 days

Thinking on bottom shelf on plate so no dripping fluids .Covered or uncovered ?

Covered.

I'd keep it in the shop package or wrap tightly in cling film. The less you touch it and the less air the better
