Anti inflammatory foods/recipes/books?

My dh is having an operation soon and he'll be unable to get himself anything for a little while so I want to plan ahead for lunches, possible snacks and dinners. We eat pretty well most of the time but wondered about sticking with the more anti inflammatory foods to help his recovery.

I know basically what foods, it's putting them together to make something interesting. Can anyone recommend a good book or websites or share a recipe please?

Thank you

I'd look up AIP diets (autoimmune protocol)
Also Paleo diets excluding the nightshade family
Hashimotos diets
Here's a link to some AIP recipes.

You could make up lunch/bento boxes with things like salmon, rice, avocado, cucumber and a tamari/sesame/oil dressing? Niçoise Salad? Make small salads of things like shredded carrot, beetroot and cabbage to go with your proteins? Beans in vinaigrette? Add in some nuts, some fresh fruit, that kind of thing?

Making things bright, fresh and cheerful to look at in multiple small portions is probably easier than trying to come up with a 'meal'.
