Easy make in advance dessert for 8

Am on a girls weekend away next weekend. I'm making dessert for Friday night and want something that ideally I can make at home on Thursday night. Am thinking a cheesecake and maybe take some berries and meringue nests too.

100% this, prepare before and add the fruit to serve. Just make sure you use proper cream cheese, not a light version

Banoffee pie.Use the ready made carnation caramel sauce,takes minutes and not too expensive.Take a can of squirty cream aswell.

Chocolate flan - ginger biscuit and butter base, spread with melted chocolate when cool so it doesn't absorb any filling - lemon curd filling - lemon (with zest), egg yolks and spoon in mascarpone, spoon in when cool - it will set a bit, criss cross the top with melted dark chocolate, dust with icing sugar - serve with raspberries and a little cream.

If you want decadent and chocolate-laden, this is ridiculously easy to make and actually tastes better the next day. I usually serve it with berries/currants
