Slow cooker cawl recipe

Dydd Gwyl Dewi Sant Hapus to you all.

Cawl is on the menu for tea tonight for obvious reasons. I usually do it in a pot on the stove but don't have time to hang around in the kitchen today. I'd like to Just chuck in it the slow cooker.

Anyone got a recipe? Or should I just brown the lamb and throw it all in? Thanks

No idea, but I would love to make cake too.

I thought it was a typo for caul, so I googled your title & there are recipes on-line.

I wouldn't brown the lamb, I'd just sling it all in and leave it!

Lamb chunks, potatoes, swede, leeks, carrots (I know, heresy!), thyme, salt & pepper.

I'll give it a whirl! Thanks. I might put the leeks in later so they don't turn to mush
