rocky road

16 ounces dark chocolate
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans (or other nuts)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut (optional*)
1/2 cup raisins

Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

Line an 8x8 tin with foil (or baking paper).

In a large bowl mix the marshmallows, nuts, rasins and the coconut.

Add the melted chocolate, mix well.

Spread into the prepared tin.

Chill, when firm cut into small pieces.

  • if you leave the coconut out then replace it with another cup of mini marshmallows
