Can I reheat my batch cooked beef dishes?

I’ve batched made my son some meals and usually get them out the night before to defrost but completely forgot. Can I reheat them
in the microwave from frozen?

Yes, just make sure you stop the microwave half way through to stir and make sure the meal is hot and heated evenly/ all the way through before serving.

Absolutely. Sometimes helps to splash some water over it depending what it is.
Depending how long g you've got and how secure it is submerging it in cold water gives a good head start.
