And I feel really sick. I'm not sure whether it's physiological or not. Do I try and make myself be sick. If so how? I can't put my fingers down my throat.

The Crab Sticks and Prawns looked and smelled ok but I don't usually have muscles so I'm not sure how they should taste.

I'm awful when I'm sick especially with looking after the kids.

Thanks

I am sure it will be absolutely fine, it's only one day, I wouldn't have even given it a second thought.

I'm an over thinker you see.

You’ll be fine. A day over is nothing and there’s room for error. Off seafood smells revolting you’d have noticed. Crab sticks have zero crab in usually!

If you’ve got food poisoning from seafood likely your body will react rapidly so I personally wouldn’t bother trying to make myself vomit. Instead I’d pop out and stock up on rehydration meds and Lucozade.

I can make myself feel nauseous quite easily thinking about eating something dodgy so it could be fine.

Thanks all

I did wonder Smile

My DDad always says 'food doesn't know that it's turned midnight' so I follow that advice.

Did you live?

That stuff looks like it was all pre-cooked so I wouldn’t think there would be much danger of food poisoning.

Yep all fine 😂😂
