How to serve egg noddles to toddler

My 3 year old DD is quite a fussy eater. She likes very simple things like pasta with soft cheese stirred through. She doesn’t like sauces or vegetables mixed into meals (I serve them on the side).

I want to try giving her egg noddles but we don’t normally eat them so I’m not sure what is the best way to do it. Would you just give her plain noodles or add a little soy sauce? Are there any really simple ways to serve noodles that others use for fussy toddlers?

Any suggestions appreciated!

What about something like a Japanese rice bowl, but with noodles instead? And rather than pile everything on top of the noodles, put them in the middle and put things that she will eat around the edges like a rainbow. You can include things she doesn't eat, don't stop offering these things regularly. It doesn't matter if she leaves things.

When my DD was little and extremely fuzzy , I used to:
quick pan fry the noodles (any veggie oil) and then put a splash of soy sauce and boiling water, leave them to soak for 5 mins - think simmering
any veggies she ate on the side and same with any grilled meat she liked (think a bit of grilled chicken on the side)

If she eats soup, you could serve them as part of an Asian style broth with chicken or just plain. Break the noodles up quite small so they are easy to scoop up and eat with a spoon.
