Air fryer or combi microwave?

Hi, trying to design a new kitchen and thinking of counter space...
Already have an air fryer which is great but would a built in combi microwave do the same job (and free up counter space)?

We have both, air fryer is more predictable and efficient.

It totally depends on what you want it for. I have a combi microwave but as I have a small double oven, I only use the microwave as a microwave so the combi feature is pointless. Also, personally, I often used to find when I did use the combi feature that then I lost the microwave element and that would be annoying. So I'd be inclined to say air fryer plus regular oven plus small regular microwave.

But that's me. I use my big oven for main bg meals. Air fryer for quick convenient small meals or individual meals or side dishes and the microwave to defrost things, nuke frozen veggies, reheat etc.
