Defrosting sealed chicken

Pack of easy to roast chicken, presealed, 525g. I usually cook it straight from fridge but it's been accidentally frozen. How long to safely defrost? Thanks

Not due what it is from your post - a whole chicken (doesn't sound heavy enough to be?) or chicken pieces of some sort. I.e, is it hollow or solid?

Not a whole chicken, a chunk to feed 2 to 3 , sold in a foil tray.
