What to do with blueberries

I bought 2lbs of blueberries yesterday in the market for 60p. A few were on the turn but the rest are good, though will need using today or tomorrow. I made blueberry pancakes this morning but haven’t yet found inspiration for what to do with rest - any suggestions?

Freeze them. Then use in porridge, yogurt, whiz up in a blender as a sorbet in summer - or mix with milk for a smoothie…

Ice-cream. Freeze them til you want them. Blueberry and apple pie or crumble. Jam.

Freeze, but lemon and blueberry muffins are my fave

They’re lovely mixed in with salad leaves and a little parmesan or toasted nuts / ham

If you can get/have a jar of blueberry jam a steamed sponge pudding is good. I can’t remember the name of the brand of jams that has blueberry… it’s the one with the red and white checked lid.

Thanks everyone, that was really helpful. I’m going to make lemon and blueberry today and freeze the rest.
