Underbaked?

Do these look OK? I have a tendency to cremate everything so thought these maybe look too pale?

I'm not worried about the inside as I used a thermometer and it went up to 90 degrees, but is the pastry OK?

They look fine, nice and lightly golden.
Have you tried one to check the pasty is cooked all the way through?

They look perfect. Give me one and i will try it for you.

They look terribly underbaked, send them here and I'll dispose of them 😉

But in all seriousness they look great. You want the pastry to feel dry and flaky/crisp underneath with no doughyness but I'm sure by now you've tested them :)
