Resalting and roasting sunflower seeds? Is it possible?

MIL kindly bought me two huge bags of lightly salted and roasted sunflower seeds. BUT i vastly prefer the heavily salted ones.. anyone know if i can resprinkle them with rock salt and re roast?

yes, they are carmenere, i usually get the pipas gigantaticas con sal.... in teh yellow bag from corte ingles food hall !!

not really a food hall, tis a supermarket i suppose !! just seems nicer than my local one !

I LOVE el Corte Ingles. Can you rinse them, scatter them with Maldon and bake again for a few minutes?

don;t wnat to make them inedible...

would a quick blast in very hot oven be better than slow roast at a low temp, ?

I'd imagine that they are roasted already in some way so if you bake them at a low heat it might just overdo them iyswim. I think a quick blast of very hot could dry them and make the salt stick to them without over cooing them.
