Simply Cook recipe recommendations

As of this week I've discovered Simply Cook boxes and really liking them. There's so many options and we're not picky or have any allergies so wondered if anyone has any that they re-order. Our fave so far has been the Vietnamese pork.

The chicken chilli chowder ( or white chilli chicken, I can’t remember what they call it) is lovely. Really easy, nourishing, makes a ton. I’ve ordered it three times now.
i also REALLY liked the bokkeumbap. I would have reordered it but I ended up buying the spice pastes so I could make it over and over and over and over.

The katsu curry was lovely, not sure if they still do as it been a while since we ordered. I may have to start again.

The Balinese chicken is really nice. We have it a lot. All the curries are good to be honest. My son loves most of the pasta dishes - cuban mojo, louisiana linguine and wild mushroom penne are his favourites. He also likes the jerk chicken.

I haven't had one I disliked so far to be honest.

All of the salmon ones are excellent. Also enjoyed the mushroom pasta and rustica pasta recipes

Chicken Saag , just reduce the amount of ginger to taste. It can be overpowering.

My absolute favourite is penne alla rustica - I have been using the boxes for 4 years and order one everytime!

jerk chicken, bang bang chicken, mogul korma, chicken makhani (although seems to be unavailable), Cuban prawn pasta.

I've never had one we didn't like but absolute favourites with me and kids are Vietnamese pork, katsu curry, Cajun meatballs and we tried a new one this week which was Yemeni lamb pilaf and was bloody lovely! I love Simply Cook and particularly how easy and quick the recipes are to make and yet so tasty.

I thought the donburi one was really bland actually - but then it’s similar ish to something I make myself and so that’s probably why I wasn’t keen. I’ve got the chilli con carne to make this week!
